Beer Butt Chicken…

My Dad and Lynn bought me the new Jamie Oliver book Jamies America so thought I would try one of the recipes at the weekend past
Decided on Beer Butt Chicken which is basically a chicken with a can of Bud shoved up its jacksie 
although the spicy herb and spice rub does help aswell
Turned out really well and think this might be my usual way of roasting chicken from now on as the meat just fell off the bone and was really moist
so here’s the pics of the poor thing
